The BizBash Los Angeles Event Style Expo is the ultimate convergence of 1,500 event and meeting industry professionals for a full day of education, trade show exhibition, entertainment, networking, and special events. Pivotal Events was engaged as the on-site event manager responsible for coordinating the venue and vendor logistics, creating the on-site signage, securing and managing more than 60 volunteers, and personally extending invitations to more than 250 target VIP attendees to attend the Expo and hosting the VIPs in a private, by-invitation-only concierge lounge.

When you are hosting a trade show with
more than 200 exhibitors, 2000 attendees, 100 volunteers, and multiple education sessions, it is essential to have a highly competent professional at its epicenter, making sure that all of the moving parts are working seamlessly.
