VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

Calling all members!

Take your involvement with PCMA to a new level and get involved as a volunteer with the PCMA 9th Annual Conference, Cutting Edge Coaching: Your Key to Unlocking Organizational Potential. There are opportunities that fit a wide variety of interests and time commitments. If there is something you would like to do, but don't see it listed her, please let us know!

RFP Advisory Board	Participate in the selection of speakers the conference concurrent sessions.
Marketing of the Conference	Call PCMA members to encourage them to register and remind them about the special Stay & Play $95.00 rate for reservations at the Radisson hotel.

Registration	Greet and register PCMA members and their guests at the conference registration table.
Membership Table	Greet prospective members and talk to them about joining PCMA.
Speaker Hosts	Introduce concurrent session speakers to the audience and thank them with a gift from PCMA.
Room Hosts	Attend to any AV needs of the speaker, welcome members and guests to the session and collects evaluations.
Bookstore Host	Assist in the PCMA bookstore during peak buy time.
Book Signing Host	Assist keynote speakers with the signing of their books, and facilitate those in attendance for book signing.
Floaters	Assist in the conference flow where needed.
