January 15, 2005	Early Bird registration ends.
March 15, 2005	Cancellations must be submitted in writing to receive a 50% refund of registration fees. No refunds will be given after this date.
March 20, 2005	Hotel reservations must be made to receive the special PCMA $95.00 rate.
March 28, 2005	Pre-registration ends and "at the door" pricing begins.
March 29, 2005	Hotel reservations must be cancelled to avoid a charge to your credit card.
