MARITIME LAW: A MOCK MEDIATION

When a U.S. warship collides with an oil-field service vessel owned and insured by a party outside of U.S. jurisdiction, several parties bring claims against the United States. Mock mediation participants will cite applicable laws and come up with a valid argument and a workable solution.
