In 2002, Tracy founded Pivotal Events, a full-service event production company, which has successfully produced a full spectrum of business-related events, from galas to golf tournaments to global conferences, on behalf of corporate and nonprofit clients. Pivotal Events' core competency resides in the strategic, business-oriented framework employed to maximize the financial and business return achieved for its clients.
In July 2010, after more than 9 years in business, Tracy made the decision to close Pivotal Events to join PsomasFMG, a developer of large-scale solar installations for public agencies and municipalities as the company's Vice President of System Operations. In July 2012, Tracy transitioned to Vice President of Community Relations and was appointed Executive Director of the Solar Foundation for Schoolsa 501(c)(3) established by PsomasFMG to fund college scholarships, serve the educational needs of at-risk youth, and develop solar-related educational programming that fosters scholastic excellence.
Tracy graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Tufts University where she was awarded Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa. Tracy received her MBA from Harvard Business School in 1995. |

Generated primarily by referral, ETP’s clients require exceptional service and system performance. Offering both on-site and remote service, ETP deploys and administers servers, complex e-mail systems, Microsoft Exchange synchronization, virtual due diligence rooms, and complex multi-site networks. ETP maintains several strategic partnerships in order to provide web design, e-commerce services, custom application development, network infrastructure, and advanced security services. In addition, ETP can be retained to provide advanced technology consulting, project management, due diligence, and troubleshooting.
ETP also offers proprietary enterprise software that provides dispersed organizations a hosted environment where programs and files can be accessed securely and remotely from any computer in the world.
Gordon graduated from Brandeis University in Waltham, Massachusetts, in 1991. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California Law Center in 1995.
