Karl Marsh, Executive Chef of Omaha Steaks. Karl will share his grilling secrets as we heat up our grills for the summer months ahead. His “Top 10 Secrets for Perfect Grilling” presentation will provide us with the skills we need for
grilling the perfect steak, serving the perfect accompaniments, and
ensuring your next BBQ is done just right!


After Karl’s presentation, we will have the opportunity to cook our own steaks as Chef Karl coaches from the sidelines and offers his key pointers.

Turn left at Campus Drive/Irvine Ave. Merge onto Irvine Ave.
Follow street directions below.

Street Directions:
Head south on Irvine Ave. for 3.2 miles. Turn left on Westcliff Dr.
Continue on Westcliff Dr. by making a left on Dover Dr. and
an immediate right on Westcliff Dr.
Turn right at Santiago Dr. which becomes Polaris Drive.
Proceed for 0.3 mile. The beach is on the right. Park on the street.
